my room was very clean and a good size is nice. the staff at the reception, lesley, oala and ajay. they were so helpful and cheerful!

rushed service demanding guests
the room was a good size and the location was fine (right on the river).
the breakfast service felt rushed and too busy. i think the staff were nice, but the other guests were too demanding was great.

clean room tidy room friendly staff great breakfast
the room I got was super clean, super tidy, and very well decorated. air conditioning worked awesome plus the television too. the staff were friendly to me especially the kind lady who took me to my room, the breakfast I had was pretty great. this is a top hotel and I'd stay here probably!

the location is perfect especially for canary wharf, lots to do here. the tube station is about ten minutes, then another ten minutes to central, so its close. the wharf has a lot to offer me.

the room I got was bright, spacious. the bathroom was big. the room also has all the amenities that I need for my travel. the view was amazing and I could see everything.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean. I found the bed very comfortable (i slept like a log!) and the bathroom large. Hot water was properly hot.
The minibar was stocked in the fridge. A "nespresso" machine was above it. There was no price list until a day after i asked. There were no tea making facilities initially. This also took a day to arrive.
